Behind every client relationship lies a human story worth understanding. Today, I want to discuss something we rarely discuss openly in our profession: the delicate dance of managing challenging client dynamics while maintaining our well-being.

When tensions arise in consulting relationships, there's often more beneath the surface than meets the eye, with challenging behaviour frequently stemming from human concerns. Your client might be wrestling with immense pressure from their leadership team, carrying the weight of previous failed initiatives, or feeling overwhelmed. They might lie awake at night, worried about their team's job security or professional reputation.
