Focus: Operating Model Redesign & Growth
The Challenge
A critical input provider to the Defence sector was seeking to capitalise on strong market positioning, client relationships and technical expertise to deepen customer outcomes and achieve longer-term growth. Despite sustained success delivering complex solutions across military, civil and cyber domains, the organisation recognised the need for strategic repositioning to unlock further value.

As part of a centrally held taskforce, we supported the leadership team to assess current state capabilities and develop a comprehensive operating model redesign.

    Developing a clear operating model redesign framework with design principles and targeted interventions
  • Redesigning the business structure—including leadership roles, spans of control, governance, delegations and ways of working
  • Creating a portfolio of enabling initiatives designed to increase enterprise growth, customer impact and cultural strength

Through weekly progress reporting, executive reviews and extensive consultation across the organisation, we incorporated internal benchmarks alongside global best practices.
