Igniting Change

Problem
Dept was investing significantly in a multi-billion dollar technology program that would introduce a large suite of new processes. Implementation had been delayed a number of times with the business starting to lose confidence both in the ability to implement and also the benefits of program. Senior leadership support was eroding as was willingness to invest at all levels.
Solution
Potenture worked with technologists and the business to articulate a suite of inspired benefits for the program based in addressing core business challenges related to integration, agility, efficiency and effectiveness. To realise the benefits Potenture then lead program stakeholders in establishing the means to lead adaption to the new processes and establishment of internal capability to further uplift and realise the benefits a modern, integrating technology backbone.
Outcome
Dept was enabled in leading and realising the benefits of new technologies, further the capability and capacity to envision and realise change and become an adaptive organisation was embedded.
