Problem

Founder of successful professional services firm were divesting and seeking retirement. They had struggled to establish a leadership team and organisation culture they were comfortable would endure beyond themselves.

Solution

Potenture worked with the founders and the leadership team to articulate the leadership and cultural behaviours that had been integral to their success and those that would also be integral to future success. Articulating this as a leadership play book, Potenture then established an enduring system to support self awareness and uplift in leadership and cultural behaviours to provide enduring assurance to the founder that their legacy would carry on.

Outcome

Leadership play book is a day bible for leaders at the firm, with coaching approach and routine self assessments embedded and provided support for continued alignment and uplift in the firms leadership capability and culture.
